PostHeaderIcon About how much money would it cost to cover 4 tennis courts under one cover?

What would be the cheapest all around covering, not just a roof.

BitterSuite, you forgot to take into consideration the gap between 2 courts… I’m sure that’s atleast 10 feet between 2 courts, so you gotta add 30 to the width and another 10-15 ft to the length since the cover needs to extend beyond the baselines also.

This will take a bit of math to puzzle out. A tennis court is 78 feet by 27 feet. I’m assuming these are side by side, which gives you 78 feet by 108 feet. Total area will be 8424 square feet.

So knowing that, you can look into materials.

If you want a permanent building, a simple steel building (like most rec centers) would probably be cheapest. If you need a non-permanent solution then you may just want to build a fence with a tarp covering or invest in a few tents and cover them individually.

If you are wondering about the price of a steel building, here is some pricing:

You could build one that would probably fit for about 50K…
